Our organization is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Our coaches and staff are volunteers who do not receive payment. All the collected fees are exclusively used for gym costs and expenses related to competitions.
The Splash Girlz are competitive, local tournament-only basketball teams comprising 5th- to 8th-graders who come together on a quest for greatness. Our broad scope of purposes includes growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship as foundational pillars of development.

Head Coach
Dominic had a standout basketball career, setting a High Desert record at Silverado High School and earning a full scholarship to the University of Jamestown. Now, he is dedicated to teaching young athletes the teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills that basketball taught him.

Melissa manages daily operations and oversees public relations initiatives. She coordinates schedules, communicates with clients and vendors, and organizes events, all while excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Assistant Manager
Hilda manages the daily workflow, coordinates team operations, and handles complex administrative responsibilities. She also supports staff training, oversees tournament scheduling, and addresses key issues essential to the organization's smooth running.
